GENERAL CONDITION OF SALE
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract
The contract stipulated between Pellettieri di Parma Srl (hereinafter “Pellettieri di Parma”) and the Customer (i.e. the subject, natural person, who makes the purchase on the Site, not attributable to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity) must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Pellettieri di Parma. the client (that is the party or individual who makes the purchase on the website, not attributable to their commercial, business or professional activity) shall be concluded with the acceptance, including partial acceptance, of the order by Pellettieri di Parma should the order not be accepted, Pellettieri di Parma shall in any case provide prompt notification to the client.
by placing an order through one of the available methods, according to the order form on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “order”), the client confirms having read all the information provided during the purchase process and confirms full acceptance of these general conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “conditions”).

Art. 2 – How to purchase
The products offered for sale by Pellettieri di Parma are only those present on the site at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relative information sheets.
In any case, it is understood that the images in the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example. by color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the site and view the images).
In order to place an order, the Customer must fill out the relative form on the Site in its entirety and send it after having carefully read the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends to purchase. The Customer must also ask Pellettieri di Parma, if desired, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 D.p.R. n. 633/1972.
Correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Pellettieri di Parma by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by the applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the same can verify the same and possibly communicate the necessary corrections of incorrect data without delay.
Art. 3 – Prices and Payment Methods
The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the customer through the site or these conditions.

In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment methods, the transaction can take place through the Paypal secure server or other secure server. In no case and at any stage of the payment will Pellettieri di Parma be able to know the information relating to the customer’s credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the website of the bank which manages the transaction. No Pellettieri di Parma computer archive will keep such data and therefore in no case Pellettieri di Parma can be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
Art. 4 – Delivery of products and relative expenses
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 2-3 working days in Italy and within 3-4 working days in European and non-European countries from acceptance of the Order by Pellettieri di Parma, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order. Pellettieri di Parma reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries requested outside the Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
The delivery times indicated by Pellettieri di Parma must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnity.
With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be charged to the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of his country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately identified by affixing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 del D. Lgs. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the customer may withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products (30 days for the USA) .
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in article 5.1 above, the customer must send Pellettieri di Parma a communication to that effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address:info@pellettieridiparma.com
In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the products to Pellettieri di Parma at his own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal itself (30 days for the USA).

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), with no signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
Pellettieri di Parma, will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the amount charged, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreement. In any case, the customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of said reimbursement. Pellettieri di Parma may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the customer demonstrates that he has correctly returned the product, whichever comes first.
In any case, the customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Pellettieri di Parma ascertains that:
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Pellettieri di Parma will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
Art. 6 – Privacy
The personal data collected with the forwarding of the Order will be processed by Pellettieri di Parma for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the privacy information on the site. Any further treatments will be carried out only with the express consent of the customer.
Art. 7 – Applicable law
The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution is governed by Italian law, with the disapplication of conflict rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. The Court of the municipality of Bergamo will be competent to resolve the related disputes
Art. 8 – Copyright
Trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs on the site belong to Pellettieri di Parma. The use of trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs including reproduction on other websites by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
Article 9 – Agreement
The contract replaces all previous contracts, agreements and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject of the contract, together with the order, the general conditions relating to the use of the site and the conditions relating to the registration service. Any variation or modification of the contract must be accepted in writing by both parties.
Article 10 – Communications
All communications between the parties must be made in writing and sent to the address of the other party indicated in the contract and in the order. Communications sent to the e-mail address of the other party, indicated on the site and in the order, are also intended to be sent in writing
Art. 11 – Lingua
The sales contract is drawn up in two versions: Italian and English. In case of discrepancies in the translation, the Italian version will prevail
